Great way to keep phone charged.

This small stand looks great and allows phone to be charged just by placing phone in stand. Contacts on back of phone allow phone to be charged in stand so wear and tear on phones USB socket is reduced.
Logo on stand is power indicator so you know when your phone is being charged. When a call comes in you can pick up phone without cord problems which makes is nice when you are using stand at desk. To use charger stand you connect charger that came with phone and connect USB plug to back of stand. What could make this little stand better? It would be nice if the power indicator could change colors when phone was fully charged and if power cube was included so original charger could be used as travel charger. Other than that this is a great way to keep your phone charged and ready for use.

Excellent for your Pearl. The BB logo lights up (white) when the charger is plugged in. The cradle has some weight to it so it doesnt slide easily which makes it perfect to drop your Pearl in.
I only wish that either the logo went off when the phone was removed or it changed colors when the phone was fully charged. Still, great and I bought 2 of them.

This stand compliments the chrome on my Verizon Pearl 8130 nicely. As somebody said in the review of the charging pod for the Curve, it would be nice if a third party app came out as a bedside alarm clock so that you could charge your battery and use the phone as an alarm at the same time. Also, it would be cool if the pod displayed red for low battery, yellow/orange for medium battery, and green/blue for fully charged
