This charging pod works but it is a little loose with the phone in there... specifically if you nudge it, the charging contacts can lose their connection with the phone. I would have preferred a more snug fit or a deeper well to keep the phone from jiggling so much.

With the clock display it makes a perfect bedside clock and alarm. And if someone calls and your in bed you dont have to unplug the phone. You simply pick it up out of the charger. I have one at work and at home. Best accessory Ive found yet for a Blackberry.
Makes life a little easier EVERYDAY !

Since the day I got this I have loved it. Makes charging the phone too easy, especially when feeling lazy or when getting home in the middle of the night. No more having to find the ugly cord hanging on the night table in the middle of the night then having to figure out which way is up as you stab the side of your phone. Now when i get a message late at night I no longer have to worry about disconnecting the phone or whatever other maneuver. Simply take it off the dock, then put it back when done! My phone seems to be charged more often because i tend to place it in the cradle more often than just laying it on the nightstand. Oh yeah... no more squeezing my hand down the edge of the bed looking for the cord which fell back...

Just got it and love it already... gone are the days of trying to plug in the charger in the dark. Just plop it in the cradle and go to sleep. Also got rid of my alarm clock and now use my BB in bedtime mode displaying the clock. Extremely convenient... Would have liked to see the BB symbol light up while charging, but its no biggie... This cradle does the job and is a great accessory!

I like plopping the Bold in this @ bed..
I switch it to BEDSIDE MODE, turns off all connections, and its now ACTUALLY, my CLOCK @ night. I even moved my old clock to another room.
The and Bedside Mode combined, really IS my bedside Clock..
its going with me when I travel too.
when I have it charging, i dont have it AUTOMATICALLY Enter Bedside mode, as Ill have it "charge" during the day, hooked up to the computer via USB, and want to keep connections.
