Love it, protects my phone and is not bulky. Not dissapointed that I bought it.

Pros: Adds a nice look and style to your already professional BB
Cons: Doesnt protect all over. But we have the premium case for that :P

I got this case two days ago and all i can say is that i am loving it.
Yea,
It doesnt protect all the way but its not meant for that, its meant to protect your device on the back from scratches, bumps, etc.
Not long drops or anything.
This case adds more premium feel, style, and look to your already so professional Blackberry Torch 9850/9860.

If you want all round protection get the Blackberry Premium Case!

Pros: Nice fit, protects from scratches
Cons: Not a fan of the plastic finish

I do like this case, its hard and durable and protects the edges of my phone from scratches. I like the "barely there" cases that still protects but doesnt take away from the styling of the phone (like Otterbox cases, you might as well carry your phone in a safe). Although Im not a fan of the finish -- its a bit slippery unlike the Incipio "feather" cases that has more of a grip feel. Even though I like the finish (diff material as well)I went through 3 of them in the last 2 yrs (w/my Storm) bc they cracked. They do have lifetime warranty but then you then go a few days w/o a case. With that said, I still give the BB case 5 stars bc its light, durable, and protects the corners of my phone. I do recommend this case.

Pros: Slim, lightweight
Cons: Little protection.

Nice lightweight cover that doesnt add too much bulk, just like I wanted. I didnt give it 5 stars because the audio jack hole doesnt allow enough space to insert two different headphones that I have. To be fair, Ive tried a similer lightweight case from Incipio on the 9650 and that case cracked & broke at the headset jack hole after just 1 week, so I feel that the BlackBerry Hard Shell will be more durable.

Color does not look exactly like the online picture

I was stoked to get this case on sale for $9.95, and shipping was quick and reasonable, too. However, when I opened my package, I was bummed to see that the color (purple) was more matte-looking, and not shiny/pearly-like as shown online. It fits my Torch fine, but Im just disappointed with the color.

I was VERY excited to receive this white hard case. I would love a white 9860 and I felt this case might be as close as I could get. When I first removed it from the packaging I could immediately realize I was let down. This is a case supposedly made by RIM and I am sad to say I returned it the next day after I received it. I was expecting at least something as nice as INCEPIO (sp?) makes. The plastic is thin, light and I could not imagine it protecting my phone from anything other than a slight scrape against a wall. I was expecting a rubber insert with the hard shell snuggly fitting over it but this was not the case at all. I could go on but my level of disappointment is overwhelming.
