It works, exactly as youd expect. It is a little pricier than ones which dont work, but what else would you expect in 2009.
Not Good with Plantronics M175

Bought 2 of these to use for my Blackberry Tour 9630 and my Plantronics M175 headset. The headset was the best one for my old World Edition 8830 Blackberry but with the adapter the headset does not work well at all. Very low volume on my end and the person on the end cannot hear me through the microphone. This may work well with other headsets but not this one.
Works, but broke within minutes

I was thrilled when I got this and it worked perfectly. Then, within a day of using it, the sheathing broke off around one of the joints and is now basically unusable. Very disappointing. Feels like a waste of $10.
