"Thank you very much. That is excellent service in a time when customer service is non existent in most companies. I will look forward to doing more business with you in the future"

A bluetooth that doesnt sound like talking thru a tube.
User: Chad Rychlewski, Aug 8, 2009
Pros:
Voice pick-up, fit, simple
Cons:
Odd charging dock that works with a phone dock I dont own...
I work for Verizon, so I did my reserch before I bought this headset. The ratings beat out everything in its price range and I am very satisfied with the overall functionality of the device. I have been calling people to trick them into thinking it is a normal phone call and then ask if they even had any clue I was on a Bluetooth, all reply "No!"
Works great with the storm, the voice dialing is pretty spot on, and it just makes sense to buy a BlackBerry headset for ones BlackBerry...
Great Bluetooth
User: M. Rodriguez, Aug 1, 2009
Pros:
Comfortable, easy to use, durable
Cons:
None
This bluetooth is comfortable and light, I barely even know its on. Very easy to use. Also like the charging sleeve, very convenient. Overall its a great hands free device. My mom heard how much I loved it and she got one too...and loves it as well. Got it for $85 though. This is a good that Crackberry is offering. Its the same price as the cheap bulky ones. Get one while you can, especially if you have a BlackBerry...I love that it matches mine!
Poor design
User: Charles Collins, Mar 22, 2009
Pros:
Good noise reduction
Cons:
Poor earbud design. Buds fall off bluetooth easily.
If the earbuds were not prone to falling off the housing so easily my opinion would be better. The only way to keep from losing them is to glue them in place.
I think the blueAnt is a better design and more secure.
Problem with Range?
User: Scott Bostick, Oct 7, 2009
Pros:
Great Headset for the money
Cons:
Range
I love this headset, however, I cant even put it in my pocket without it being all distorted and scratchy. I could have a lemon. Im going to see if I can swap it for another one, but this one sucks. Also, you should know I havent been able to find much help with this issue either, guess ill have no choice to return it. It seems to be made by Plantronics not BB.
Not for Use with Blackberry Storm
User: Meryl Stueve, Aug 15, 2009
Why is this sold as a device for the Storm. The unit does not come with a charging cable and the charging cables for the storm DO NOT FIT it.
The only way to chrge it is by buying and additional charger or cable or you my be lucky enough to have the right cable from an old blackberry charger.
