Overall, this is probably the best headset I have personally tried to date. While its sound quality may be bettered by some of the latest high-tech headsets on the market I have read about, in terms of everyday usability I have no real complaints with the HS-655. The sound quality is good, the unit is small and very comfortable and it looks good.

So heres the deal. I bought one of these, liked it a lot. Can here Verizon Navigator thru it even thought it doesnt say it does. Good for the price, can hear just fine. But here is the really good part:
Lost the bluetooth, somewhere, didnt know where. Looked around for it, then ended up buying another one over a month ago. This weekend my husband found the bluetooth in our garden. It has been there for over a month, in the rain, etc sitting in the dirt. I charged it and it works just fine!!!!!!!! Okay, now that is a testimonial for a good product for sure,......now I have 2, oh well, but I am so amazed that it still works!

A bluetooth that doesnt sound like talking thru a tube.

Cons: Odd charging dock that works with a phone dock I dont own...

I work for Verizon, so I did my reserch before I bought this headset. The ratings beat out everything in its price range and I am very satisfied with the overall functionality of the device. I have been calling people to trick them into thinking it is a normal phone call and then ask if they even had any clue I was on a Bluetooth, all reply "No!"

Works great with the storm, the voice dialing is pretty spot on, and it just makes sense to buy a BlackBerry headset for ones BlackBerry...

This bluetooth is comfortable and light, I barely even know its on. Very easy to use. Also like the charging sleeve, very convenient. Overall its a great hands free device. My mom heard how much I loved it and she got one too...and loves it as well. Got it for $85 though. This is a good that Crackberry is offering. Its the same price as the cheap bulky ones. Get one while you can, especially if you have a BlackBerry...I love that it matches mine!

Cons: lets through a lot of background noise when driving

Since most users purchase this to use when driving it may not be the best choice. I found the sound quality for the person you are talking to very poor when the car is moving. On my end it sounds fine. Whoever I am talking to seems to have difficulty when my car is moving as it picks up ALL the road noise. Earpiece and earclip do have their issues as well. Overall just a fair product.

i works ok I suppose. The unit is small and light weight. I like the fact that it includes a carrying/charging case with it. However that is about all I like. The earpiece wont stay on, the call quality is ok at times but most times others say I sound muffled or they cannot hear me, and the battery last about 2-3 hours of talk time. I was hoping to like this product but in the end it goes in the cabinet where I keep the other products that didnt work for me.
