The BlackBerry Leather Envelope case for the BlackBerry PlayBook is a simple to use "no frills" kind of case. The look is that of its name (obviously) and there is no mistaking it. While it may be a bit quirky to some, it does what it needs to and that's the bottom line. The flap on the case is held in place by a magnet so there is no worry of it popping open at any time. Your PlayBook slides right in and when the case is closed you have total protection. It's a bit hard to get the device back out of the case at first, but once you get the hang of it you shouldn't have any problems. I do like this case, however it wouldn't be my first choice as it's a bit too "business" for me.

Playbook Leather Envelope is Excellent

Pros: Stylish and yet very functional. Secures the Playbook very well. Puts Playbook to sleep when inserted and flap closes.
Cons: If you have a case around the Playbook, it may be a tight fit.

Ordered this case the night I got my Playbook. It arrived in short order. The case is excellent. The leather is high quality and it fits the Playbook like a glove. I actually had one person who was more impressed with the case than the Playbook, go figure. The flap has a magnetic closure that also puts the Playbook to sleep when the flap is closed. It looks just like an envelope, hence the name. I highly recommend the case. The only small issue you may experience, though I did not, is that if you have a case already on your Playbook it may be a tight fit or not fit at all. The case is almost a skin tight fit so just realize that. I do believe it will stretch a little over time, but it is a little too early to tell for sure yet.
