The BlackBerry Mini Keyboard for the BlackBerry PlayBook is one of those accessories that everyone wanted at launch. I remember my excitement over the BlackBerry PlayBook Convertible Case; had there been a keyboard tucked into that package - I can only imagine how pumped I would have been. At the core, the BlackBerry Mini Keyboard is a Convertible Case just tweaked in various areas with a stand and bluetooth keyboard/trackpad combo. The keyboard itself looks great as the black/white/blue color scheme fits in with the rest of the case. As first glance you can see the keys will be a bit rough for those of us with bigger hands due to their small size. With its good looks and portability, I found the BlackBerry Mini Keyboard has me using my PlayBook more than ever.

If you find yourself running around to meetings where you need your tablet, or are often plane hopping, this may be just what you need. The BlackBerry Mini Keyboard is great for travelers and those who need more portability than a regular laptop can offer. Plus carrying only one charger for the whole setup is sweet.

a worthwhile addition to the playbook. only issue is you must leave the case open to plug in the Playbook charger

Pros: Good Typing experience, Built in stand is nice for desk work.
Cons: slightly cramped typing

I am loving this additon to my playbook. Makes typing long messages or documents easier althougth you do loose out on the predictive text options. First night i had it i used it to take minutes as impromptu secretary in a meeting. Still learning about it. The placement of the power button makes it difficut to get to but also protect it from accidental switching.
