I left it in my car connected to AUX IN, and it works perfectly - when i turn ignition it reconnects with my iphone setting output to Blackberry. Now i have my phone connected simultaneously to Blackberry Music Gateway and cars bluetooth phone portal which allow me to listen to music and receive phone calls without any cables hanging around. Ideal for all having car stereo with only AUX IN.

Great sound quality
must use my usb port built in to my car
This is awesome since my cars bluetooth doesnt seem to support the a2dp connection. What I didnt like is there is audio bleeding when using my car charger plugged into DC. That is expected though. Once I connected it to my car usb I got excellent quality but I lost my on board usb port. Not a big deal but still I really love this thing.

Very much worth the price!
Works OK but a bit noisy in the car

No longer need to plug/unplug from phone
Engine noise bleeds over
The gateway seems to work well and I was excited about the convenience factor of being able to leave it hooked up and not have my phone connected to the car via the audio cable..BUT..theres an annoying whine associated with the engine noise, much like a bad custom stereo install does when its not grounded well. This is on a factory stereo that makes zero noise when my phone is connected physically via the audio cable into the AUX jack. The gateway connected through the AUX jack has engine noise whine, loud enough to be annoying.
