Pros: Excellent operating system, great voice quality
Cons: Bad earpiece design
Earpiece popped off the speaker within a week of my purchase, and has done so repeatedly for weeks. Finally it crumbled. For $130, I would have expected higher quality, given other Blueant products Ive owned.
Voice quality very high. Those with whom Im communicating tell me I sound like Im on a landline, even in windy conditions.
Blueant Q1 earpiece breaks off
User: T Vogel, Mar 30, 2010
Pros: Cool design
Cons: Earpiece breaks off and cant be replaced
Have has 2 of these and both have had the earpiece break off. When I called Blueant, they told me that it cannot be replaced. Too bad cause I really liked this headset, it just does not seem to be able to stand up like other headsets.
