Pros:
Works as advertised & then some. Very easy to set up & use.
Cons:
Magnets work but could be more secure.
Have had this for about 1 week now. I love it. You can leave your car w/o turning off the BlueAnt & still use your phone!! When you get back in your car it simply reconnects to the BlueAnt automatically. Very easy to set up & use. Good voice quality. Long time periods between recharges...havent recharged it yet. Voice answer is great!

Pros:
Loads contacts with certain phones, clear sound
Cons:
Sometimes the volume will drop very low
This is great if in and out of your car frequently. It links back with the phone within seconds entering the car. You cannot load contacts with certain phones, Iphone, Pre and I am sure there more phones too. Actually Blackberry is easy to load but you have to load it manually, it will not load contacts automatically. I would strongly recommend this especially if your in and out of your car.

Pros:
Easy to setup, and it really works great.
Cons:
So far, I have not found anything about this unit that I do not like.
I love my BlueAnt ST3 so much that I plan to purchase two more as Christmas presents for my wife and daughter.

Works fine on my Tour, you just need to enable the settings under Bluetooth options on the phone.
Used it on a Tour, 8330, Razr and Samsung
