As one of my favorite cases for all my devices, the Barely There case for the BlackBerry PlayBook does not disapoint. It's a simple case that covers the back and most of the sides of the PlayBook, keeping it safe from scratches you would normally get on the back of the device. It's sturdy plastic that fits great on the PlayBook and doesn't really add much bulk. If you're looking for something simple to keep your tablet safe, this is the way to go.

Style meets function in the Case-Mate Barely There case for the BlackBerry PlayBook

I love the size and slim profile of the BlackBerry PlayBook. Why cover it all up to add some drop protection all the time? A few months ago I was on the lookout for a thin case to use around the house or office. I didn't need the extreme protection some cases had to offer and didn't want to spend a lot either. I have used Case-Mate products on my BlackBerry devices for years, and they hold up very well, well enough to try their brand on my BlackBerry Playbook.

If you're one of those people who enjoy the sleekness of their PlayBook and don't want to cover up the look and appeal, then the Case-Mate will suit you well. With its soft touch texture, the thin shell doesn't add any bulk, allowing the PlayBook to be tossed into your back pocket or jacket when leaving home. Along with minimal installation time, it's simple and simple works.

Very nice light case

Pros: light, easy to setup
Cons: -

This case protects the playbook against scratches and minor drops but dont expect it to protect it against 3 or 4 foot drop. Also, there is no screen protection so be aware of that.
