Practical and very useful

This Fuel case is very useful when you are not close to outlet or in your car to charge your phone.Very solid designed and light weight.I have used for over a month no problems so far.If you are heavy user of Blackberry Tour you must have it.little expensive but every penny worth it.Simply I just loved it.Thanx Case -Mate!!!
Good idea but very poor quality control

Pros: Good idea
Cons: Very bad quality control - good luck may the force be with you . I doubt the case will last more than a month before failing
The company stopped sending me replacements saying it was out of warranty. I also did a little internet research and it looks like many people had the same issues.
I called customer service at Casemate and told them the product idea is fantastic but the unit has quality control issues that had to be addressed. They denied the unit has "issues".
Stay away from this product !!!
