This is a great little skin! Its nice and thick, however it wont fit my holster. The entire keyboard is covered and protected. I have seen little difference in using the keyboard with it covered. It also recesses and protects the track ball
Great over all price for this product!

this case is very good. the screen protecter kind of worries me about taking it off because it sticks to the screen but otherwise I would say its the best case ever! :D

The skin looks good, fits great. You can tell that plenty of thought was put into this product. It doesnt add any unnecessary bulk and fully protects the phone, the screen protector is so good you cant even tell that its there. Typing also seems quicker because of the slick keypad. GREAT PRODUCT!!!

Pros:
Great fit/finish, protects the keyboard and phone well

Trackball could be easier to access, but not terrible
I frequently work in outdoor conditions, often with exposure to various fluids (including rain/snow and a host of other gross things you dont want spilled on a phone). I decided to give this a go as an upgrade to my OEM rubber skin which only covered the back of the phone.
This thing is GREAT. It doesnt cover the screen, granted, but it covers the keyboard beautifully while still giving a really OEM-looking facade for all the keys... And in fact, on my VZW 8330, I find it *nicer* typing with the case on than with it off. The sides and back of the phone are also well-protected.
The downsides are that the trackball becomes recessed with this case, so if you have to do a ton of trackballing, it may get annoying (but I find it more than tolerable). Also the LED doesnt line up perfectly on mine, but again, a minor nuisance that I hardly notice. Also, I wouldnt get this if you prefer to exploit the Curves thinness, as it bulks the phone up nicely. For me, when Im at work I wear the phone in a holster on my belt so it doesnt matter if its a bit bulkier.
In short, great case for heavy-duty/industrial applications, but probably overkill for around the house or in calmer conditions.
