Pros:
Noise cancellation, lightweight, battery life
Cons:
Ear loops, finicky charger
The earloops that came with this headset were very uncomfortable to me, which most are in my opinion. I ended up buying a cheap pack of Jabra replacement earbuds from their old headsets which went right into the earpiece of the Jawbone, and it hangs comfortably in my ear for more than half of the day. The charger is magnetic, and since Ive heard no other complaints of it being hard to attach, I believe its possible my charger may be defective. Regardless, it is clearly working once connected, because the battery life outlasts my smartphone 3-1, and easily clears 4 hours of talk time. Also, with the Noise Assassin turned on, I can talk quietly in my loud installation truck with the windows down and radio on, and the caller at the other end can hear me clearly and distinctly. It is so clear for the callers, I often have to use my Jawbone as opposed to my actual phone, and after a month, I used the Jawbone exclusively. Ive had it about 4 months now, and Im looking forward to some improvements from the Jawbone PRIME, which I would gladly buy if this one ever breaks, but experience with large falls shows that its pretty solid and itll probably need to take a wash in the laundry before it dies... 5 stars for sure.
Dont get this unless you like hanging up on people

Pros:
???
Cons:
difficult to maneuver and strange buttons/keys
My husband and I both got one of these so I can tell you from both ends that it stinks. We bought in to all of the positive review of this thing, but has ended up being terrible. There are no actual buttons, instead you press on the device in all different places and sequences to get it to work. I couldnt get it to fit in my ear very well so I had to keep adjusting it while I was talking so that I could hear the caller, but because of the strange placement of the on/off switch, its very easy to end the call by accident and I ended up hanging up on people all the time. The call sound quality is also very spotty and the noise cancellation is non-existent. Dont waste your money.
