I love the idea of charging two batteries at once, but when the unit arrived, it had a sticker for a BB Torch. I wrote to the company and they said the same unit worked for both. Well, the 9650 I use did not fit in the front cradle. I had to pay for return shipping, but the did refund the purchase amount quickly.

This device is made of inferior wiring and materials. It is made in China and not built to acceptable third world standards. I cannot imagine how this product can be represented by any US distributer.

My previous phone was a BB World Phone and i had a wonderful desktop cradle that also doubled as a spare battery charger. That unit was about perfect and I would have purchased the same for my new BB Tour but i couldnt find the same design so settled on this unit, but with reservations. As soon as i opened the box i was disappointed and will be returning it for a refund immediately. Its quite ugly, boxy, has wires sticking out everywhere, wont charge without plugging in a wire and has a bad viewing angle. Crackberry should not even sell this item.
