Nice cradle

Pros: Can charge and sync at the same time, battery and phone charging together
Cons: Phone doesnt sit nicely in cradle. It looks like very unsucure.

Overall this cradle is nice. Having the phone charged and a spare battery is really nice especially for an executive like me whom spends a fair share on the phone. Wish it would sit better in the cradle. It is too easy to accidentally knock over.

Too many plugs to use

I dont think that I will use this device much because I have to pull in to too many plugs just to make it work.
It would be a excellent charger if it was one or the other (DC outlet or USB).

Does not charge the Torch 9800

The battery for the Blackberry Torch 9800 has 4 connections, but the charger only has 2 connections on it.
It will not charge at all.

I have sent a complaint to Crackberry and asked for how to return these, so far, no response from Crackberry!

Doesnt work

Cons: you have to still plug in a micro-usb for it to work.if mine would have worked.

Bought two cradles, and they both didnt work.. I had though this was a actual true charger cradle and that id didnt require any type of plugging in but you have to plug in your micro for it to work..
Sending back since they didnt work...
I would spend the $15 plus and get the real thing

Battery Charger failed after one use

I purchased this item specifically for the ability to charge a second battery as a backup. This unit worked one time charging the spare battery but no longer works. The charge light should be red until the battery is charged, however, now it is always green and does not charge a battery regardless of whether the battery is fully or partially depleted.

Do not buy this item -- have seen other raters of this product have had a similar problem so I do not believe this was an isolated situation.
