The case came in a very professional looking box and fit the phone very well. It was very easy install. The bad thing is it was also very easy for the case to open up and your phone to fall out of its protection. Only has one spring type catch that holds it shut. I liked it well enough at first but this morning I noticed that the screw in button that holds it in the belt clip was stripped. The belt clip protrudes a long way away from your hip and bumps into things. Probably why the screw in button gets stripped. The best thing about this is I called Crackberry and the had absolutely no problem in returning my money.
