"Once again thank you for your wonderful customer service. I deal in the customer service industry everyday and really appreciate it when I come across a company that does an above average job of customer service. I will give you the best compliment that I know of - I will refer you to others."

I prefer a less obtrusive look therefore the comment on the chrome. Was using it in a car wash area witing for my car and the noise was a bit much but I could hear very well. I wear it for hours on end and dont feel it.
My Second Bluetooth
User: Vic Broberg, Apr 3, 2008
This is my second bluetooth headset. My first was a cheep one but when it died (like almost 2 years later) I was trying to choose between the Jawbone and the Motorola H12... I chose the H12 (and got an awesome deal on it too). I LOVE it! The sound quality is amazing and I dont get any complaints about background noise anymore.. I am told that people can barely tell that my window is cracked open! :D I strongly recommend it!
shared weight distrobution! sounds as good as more expensive models

doesnt seem to hav any nagative vs the more expensive plantronics. HOWEVER... it hangs on your ear aswell as stays stable with a bud inside your ear. the shared weight distrobution doesnt cause your ear to hurt after about 30mins like ive had with buds that simply rest all the weight on the inside of your ear.
good and bad
User: pat larkin, Mar 2, 2009
Pros:
very comfy, good sound with ear piece
Cons:
the ear hook broke, bad connection
Ok so I bought this headset after losing my jawbone =(
This H12 is a good headset for the price. sounds good very comfy and light and the ear hook works almost to good.
Bads---- My earhook broke.... Im the tyoe once something break I usually wont buy another product from that company, but this time I called motorola and got a very nice lady on the phone told her the the earhook broke and she saod " so sorry to hear that let me send you 3 earhooks" and just asked for my address and didnt even have to pay for shipping.... The bad connection is when I usually keep my phone in my pocket and for some reason people say my voice is breaking up then when I take the phone out of my pocket it works fine.
Those are the only 2 issues... Id say its a good buy =)
Not Happy With This Bluetooth
User: J Green, Jun 11, 2009
Pros:
Small, Lightweight
Cons:
Does not fit well in your ear and cant hear
I have owned many different bluetooths including three Jawbones. This bluetooth does not fit in my ear and I cant hear. Others complain that my call is muffled with I place a call or answer on this bluetooth.
