Great case, fits perfect and protects my phone

Ive had a couple Commuter series cases and both fit perfectly. I was worried that the contours of the back of the 9860 would be reduced drastically, but the case has the same nice contours which help in holding the BB horizontally.

As expected, the case is a little hard to get in and out of pockets because of the rubber edges. The rubber also sometimes collects lint -- can be rinsed off easily.

The screen protector fits nicely but it seems like it gets marked up with fingerprints more than the bare screen .. will continue to monitor it.

Cons: Its a bother putting the case on sometimes

When I first received the 9850, it felt great in my hands but since Im with Big Red, I have quite some time to an upgrade. So, using Otterbox on my 9650, I knew the benefits of the case. Despite the initial (and sometimes continual) challenge of putting the case on the device, it does exactly what I want it to do: protect it. With the protection, its also an aesthetically pleasing case on the 9850. Im glad I purchased it.

Great product and I couldnt imagine it fitting any better than it does! All the ports and openings are perfectly placed and still work just like there was no cover on it! Only one small complaint, it needs a bigger and better fit screen protector, besides that, awesome product!
