I bought this for my wife to replace a plastic cover she had. It protects much better and looks better also. She has not had any complaints thus far.

Pros: Very strong, good quality
Cons: Need more color options

I have a white Blackberry Torch and would have preferred a white OtterBox case. So far thats my only complaint about the product. Other than that it is a great product.

Pros: Protects body of phone
Cons: Front cover is cheap

I got my phone in November and am already on my second cover. The body of the case is great but the front cover is really flimsy. It cracked in two places. When I got the cover, the guy said you could throw your phone accross the parking lot & it wouldnt break..Im glad I didnt try that. lol I am glad that I have at least something on the phone to protect it. Just know what you are getting when you buy this.

Good case but 1 problem

I really like the Otter Box case but I have one problem with it: the case fits a little too tight and pushes the lock button down all of the time. The only way I can unlock my phone is by taking the case off. In addition, I cannot access my camera with the case on because it does not recognize I am pushing the button. However, the case is more sturdy when compared to other options and I drop my phone a lot.

Great product that continuously breaks!

Pros: Fits great, looks great!
Cons: Has broken 3 times now - front cover is too fragile - expensive.

Love this case, but it needs to be redesigned! Front case breaks over and over! I am sure glad you have such a great warrenty! Love that it is in PINK!
