Pros: Heavy duty, feels solid, price from Crackberry great

I have had many otterBox products over the years, and they make the best cases on the market. If your in the board room or at the construction site, they have cases that will fit your lifestyle.
I have both the commuter and defender for my 9900

This case is as advertised. Its a tough, durable case designed to protect your investment in harsh enviorments.
I have read where people complain about how tough it is to remove from the case..well, I like that part. I dont want my expensive phone dropping out of a case and hitting the pavement accidentally. I want it to stay where I put it until I need it.
Thanks OtterBox for making a great product. I have had one for all of my devices the last 6 years and have never benn let down.

Also, thank you to Crackberry for the prompt service. I ordered it on Tuesday and it arrived on Thursday. Great Service CB!

Pros: Good protection
Cons: Silicone wrap comes loose.

Ive had issues with the silicone wrap coming loose around the edges.
Ive only had tis case a week and am concerned that if the case is coming loose already, what will it be like in 6 months or a year.

Overall this is a good case, the phone is well protected and still functional. Its hard to get out of the holster as it sits in there very snugly.

Pros: Its an otterbox!
Cons: No protection for the keys..

I was kinda upset to see that this case doesnt have the plastic membrane that covers the keys. I went to otterbox website and the question was asked and they did confirm it that this doesnt come with it. I guess at least its got the screen protector since its a touchscreen. But other than that the case fits good and snug on the phone. I guess I need to also point out the clip. Im not a fan of the way they snap in and hold on the sides. Its made about like the clip for the storm 2 which wore out easy and wouldnt stay in it if bumped. But the clip does have a little flap that kinda goes over the top of the phone which might help in knocking it out. Hope so. Time will tell.
