Product Description

The OtterBox for BlackBerry Curve 8350i (with Push to Talk) Defender Series is a fully interactive case that enables complete usability of the trackball, keyboard, camera and Push to Talk features. All sound is transmitted through the case by way of acoustical vents. All surfaces of the BlackBerry are fully covered, yet all ports are accessible via convenient Silicone plugs.

This case includes a holster belt clip.

Case NOT protected against water. Will provide some added protection against drop, bump and dust. NOT intended for protection against water intrusion.

3 LAYERS OF PROTECTION!
First, a thermal formed clear membrane that protects the screen
Second, a hi-impact Polycarbonate shell
Lastly, a Silicone skin to absorb bump and shock
Use of trackball, camera, flash, vanity mirror, and Push to Talk features through case
Headset speaker and loud speaker transmits sound through case

Note: This case works ONLY with the BlackBerry Curve 8350i Push to Talk. To ensure a quality sound connection, OtterBox recommends you keep your 8350i smartphone volume at 6 or lower while enclosed in the case.

My co-workers would talk bad about my case about how bulky and ugly it looks. I would tell them let me show you something and I would through my phone against the wall, watch it bound of the wall and hit the ground. Pick up the phone dust it off and ask them to through their phones against the wall and see what happens.

A blackberry must

Pros: durability, color, case clip, dust cover, hard screen protector, sound
Cons: the phone when in the clip pinches me when I sit down sometimes and cost

I have owned two of these now for two different blackberrys and if youre tough on your phone like I am this is a MUST!! I think because of the added size its much easier to text as well and the buttons are easier to grip while texting. I take my phone camping and tend not to have to worry about anything but water. I wish they would make something that was completely waterproof. I would pay a lot of money for something like that.

Well I am very hard on phones due to my job and out of work activities... This case covers everything, I have had my 8350i since this past Febuary and I have had the otterbox defender case since I turned the phone on, my phone still looks brand new with no defects... The only problem that I had was having to every now and then take the case off to pull the battery, but then I downloaded a free battery pull app and now my phone doesnt ever leave the case... I do alot of mud running in my truck, so yes this phone with the case on has already fallen in the mud and is still working perfectly...

Cons: cant use my powermat battery cover

The Otterbox is by far the best case i have ever seen let alone owned.
It is a rugged and tough case and it completely protects your phone. It adds some girth to your phone but its well worth it. My only gripe is that i cant use the powermat battery cover but ya can use the little cube adaptors that come in the box. My advice for anyone that owns a blackberry is to buy one of these cases and protect your best friend. and if your a first responder and have to wear the big duty belts like i do spend the extra coin and buy the optional holder that will fit on the duty belts they are well worth it! I give the Otterbox an A+, 10 out of 10,5 stars, and 2 thumbs up! no exagerations..
