If asked for pros and cons on this headset I cant come up with any pros. Hard to talk positive about a product when you cant keep the worn-out ear piece in your ear but I guess when the ear piece does manage to stay put for a phone call the voice quality is pretty good.
great headset, bad design

Pros: great call quality, comfortable
Cons: kept losing earpieces
It pairs painlessly, and its probably one of the most comfortable headsets out there. Call quality was always great.
However, everytime I clip this thing to my belt, within the hour I lose the earpiece. I falls off (and the second one I made fairly sure it wasnt in a spot that would put pressure on the thing to tear it off in the first place) and since its so soft and squishy, you dont really feel it happen. Plantronics no longer sells the earpieces from their website, and searching online retailers it seems few to none have them, either (Amazon even had them listed used... likely still freshly packaged, I hope hehe, but still). But Plantronics does have several earpiece package options on their website for the recently released 925. Essentially forced upgrades, awesome! :D Riiight...
