Pros: clear, easy to use, great battery life
Cons: radio patch feature doesnt work in NY area
I live in the metro New york area and couldnt get the radio pass-through feature to work. Thats my only con and since the speaker on the unit itself is totally adequate, I dont really care. My friends tell me that I come through very clearly when using this and I can speak in a normal tone and be heard. Once you get used to it, its like carrying on a conversation with someone in the car with you. Ive been very happy with this product. Oh yeah, the battery life is EXCELLENT! I finally charged the thing after 5 weeks because I thought I should, however, it was working just fine on its initial charge

Pros: good sound, countrols easy to operate
You cant go wrong with this product. I also own a Blueant S4 but did not have the AD2P capacity to stream audio through the car speakers like the Plantronics K100. The BlueAnt would take forever to activate the BlueTooth feature while the K100 takes only a few seconds. If you leave your car and return with the unit still on, it is still activated unless you return after 90 minutes. Ive had the K100 for a few days and it works flawlessly. Its very easy to use and the controls are such that you can operate them without taking your eyes off the road. Whats also great about the product is the ability to use your car speakers instead of the speakerphone on the K100. The sound is extrememly clear. I have a Blackberry 9700 and can stream the music to the car speakers with no static at all. Plantronics has done a wonderful job in its design. Talk-time is long as well as standby time. If youve been hesitating in buying a speakerphone for your car, you cant go wrong with the Plantronics K100.
