i love this case.. this is the only case that fits the phone perfect, nice grip, nice screen protection, AND!!! keyboard protection. IM in love with it and i received the case within 3 to 5 business days. Great investment, worth every penny people!!!!

look, feel, fit, secure protection, and functionality

wish it had the felt lining of the Innocase II
innocase360, which after testing others, is the best out there! ...best looking, best fit, secure protection (my friend has dropped her phone many times and it has survived thus far, and with no damage, to either the case or the phone. most of the time the case staying together ...only a few times it popped open/came apart), and functional!
(some other cases tested are secure, and look ok, but the fit is questionable and the cases themselves not functional (difficulty being heard during phone calls ...sounding muffled and at times echoed.
...Rest assured that while Otterboxs defender case may be secure, it is by no means functional!, and not to mention bulky! and the keyboard cover a flimsy joke!...it might as well not exist/be there.)
Also, during testing of other products, we always came back to the Innocase360, that is the case we will continue to use and recommend to others, ...and only the Innocase360! so be it!

more access to the trackball and screen protector sticking to my 8900 screen
Just using this for a couple days it feels great, love how the keyboard are rubberized and easier to grip and type. The feel and grip of it is great.

Trackball could be more accessible
Great cover, thin and you cant beat the complete protection. I have normal sized fingers and use the little bit of nail I have to depress trackball. Unattractive dot in place of blackberry symbol on Menu Key. Very nice feel and great design but trackball isnt that accessible on the phone without a case...all that being said, well worth buying for complete protection.

The Innocase 360 is an overall great case. I am somebody who accidently drops/bangs things and this case has definitely saved my phone on more than one occasion. The case also exposes the charging contacts in back for easy drop and charge in the Seidio cradle without having to remove the casing. All buttons are easily accessible. The only exception is the trackball which becomes almost flush with the case. Learning to select items takes some practice.
However, having used this for the last five months, the clearcoat plastic arount the trackball has peeled and exposed the shinier layer of plastic below. It makes the phone look a little trashy, but the exposed plastic has a more rubbery feel which makes using the trackball a little easier! The rubbery surface grips the edges of my thumb, stabalizing it and allowing for more precise trackball movement. :)
