Pros: Sleek but rugged design
Cons: Cost, will not fit standard charging dock
My new Innocase 360 arrived today and I must say I am pleased with this case. It is very sleek and when the phone is encased you would think that’s how the phone itself shipped. Clean lines and a very clear screen protector.
The keyboard cover is quite attractive and the backlight shines through enough to see the letters in dim or no lighting. Ample space is provided to use the track pad without difficulty and all external buttons, camera as well as ports for charging and headphones are easily accessible.
The device is snug and no motion is detected in the case when handling the device.
This case is not an Otterbox when it comes to protection, having said that few require that level of protection. This provides a great deal of protection and is far less bulky than the afore mentioned, and much nicer to look at too!
If you purchase this device, I would by the bundle with the Lock holster. The spring loaded holster can now be easily locked so you can’t remove it with an upward jerking motion…an added bit of security.
The only con if you can call it that is that the exposed charging contacts will not connect to the standard Blackberry charging pod with the case on…somewhat expected but if you’re not thinking and see contacts in pre purchase pictures you might think it might fit…I did. I ordered the charging pod from Seidio directly to resolve this as I don’t want to crack open the case to use the convenience of a charging pod.
Great Case!

Good case but...

Pros: Overall coverage
Cons: keyboard cover does not sit flush
I bought this case based off a review by a fellow tester and I loved the overall concept of it. The case is nice but does at some bulk to the phone. It protects everything including the screen which is great because I never seem to get the screen protectors on the way I want them. My biggest issue with this case has always been the keyboard cover. I have replaced mine once for the same reason. The keyboard overlay stretches when the devices starts to warm up and never goes back. It puffs up enough that I get concerned about things sliding into it. It creates a big enough gap that you can slide a dime or nickel into it. If this was fixed, it would be one of the best covers out there IMO.
Could have been better

Pros: Love it w/snap lock combo
Cons: Keyboard cover too dim, causes typos
Let me start by saying I WANTED to love this case. For 2 years, Seidio protected my 8320 admirably. When I ordered my TMO 9700, my second order was to Seidio and pre-order their 360 combo. It arrived two days after the phone and as I snapped it on, I thought I forgot to remove some packaging, as the keyboard was covered and not lighting up. Well, I did not forget to remove anything, but I AM thinking about slicing the rubber keyboard covering out, as I cannot type 140 characters (more like 20) without some sort of typo. (No, sure-type does not help) If only Seidio had used something more like Otterboxes keypad covering on their "Defender" series, I bet the result would have been more user-friendly.
Great Idea...poor materials

Pros: protects the phone, screen and keyboard
Cons: wears out WAY too fast
I was excited to get this case as the keys on my 9780 were wearing. The case seemed great, went together perfectly and typing was a breeze. It felt good in my hand and really didnt have an issue using the track pad. Ive had this case for a little less than a month and Im not using it any longer. Seems like a steep price to pay for a hard case that doesnt last long. The issue is the keyboard protector. It bubbles up right below the track pad. It sometimes adds to double typing a letter or randomly brings up the menu. This was an annoyance but I let it go. Then, the paint is wearing from the keypad too.
I understand that nothing lasts forever. But for almost $40 for the case and it starts breaking down to nearly an unusable condition for what was paid for, is completely UNACCEPTABLE.
