Pros: Guards you phone like a double-case
Cons: Does not seem to fit any of Seidios holsters or charging cradles.

I submitted a review previously about the defect. I received a second case after submitting a complaint. This case also had the problem, but I did allow a few weeks to break it in while worrying about my device. It seems to be working well now, and I dont have loss of functionality now due to excessive pressure on buttons when they are not supposed to be pressed. Works for me now. I only wish this one would fit a holster. At the moment, its the best case I have had.

Good but has flaws

Pros: Slim with nice feel to it
Cons: Squeezes volume and PTT buttons freezing up cursor

I have owned this case for about two weeks now and I really like it. When I first got it I had the same problem that everyone else did the hard plastic back squeezes the volume and PTT buttons making the track pad freeze up and do funny things. I fixed it by opening up the hard plastic holes a bit around these buttons and the headphone hole with a dremel tool. The case still fits fine and the track pad problems are fixed. The case has a great feel to it and it slides nicely into the Niteiz Rugged case I bought also. If Seido would do as I have done it would fix their initial problem right out of the box. I would definitely recommend this case.

I put my phone into the soft case that came in the package. That works great. I then attached the hard back case that also came in the package. With the hard case on, the scroll sensor will only allow scrolling in the horizontal direction, while it wouldnt allow it to move in the vertical direction. I am only using the soft portion with the holster because of this.

Fits too tightly-pressure on keys

Pros: Love the look with both pieces are on
Cons: Cant use the phone with both pieces

I seem to have the same issues as everyone else. You cannot use the phone at all when both the soft and hard cases are on. It places pressure on the keys and the phone freezes.

Ive just been using the soft portion of the case, which defeats the purpose since I love the Blue of the outer case.
