Great Case

Just received the Seidio rubberized holster. First impression was - "I paid over $30 for this?!" Then I put the Curve in it and realized just how well made and functional it really is - simple and easy to insert and extract the BB (read the Crackberry review for some good tips). Very secure and good belt clip.
However - time will tell if there is any damage to the BB and just how well it holds up. Ill review again in a few months.
Whoever mentioned the unimpressive packaging was right - reminds me of something youd get off eBay.

This is a great holster. It fits the Seidio rubberized case perfectly (you would hope so since the holster is from the same company)and it looks professional. It was a great purchase. A little bit expensive but great.

Since everybody likes to talk about the packaging, lets start there. This came in a plain plastic bag, but didnt bother me at all - pass the savings on to the customer!
The case itself gets five stars from me, but -1 star for price. Im still completely satisfied with this case (other than the cost).
Notable Features: It has a velvet-like fabric inside where the screen will rest. The clip on top feels like the same rubberized plastic as the Seidio hard case I purchased from here. The inside of the clip has a soft-rubber insert that helps hold the Blackberry in, instead of contacting hard plastic. The low-profile design should be less likely to get snagged on seat belts/laptop bags.
Ive only had it for one weekend, so its too early to make a judgment on the durability of the case. If I have issues later, I will post here so others will know.

Hinge is defective - pin keeps falling out
I puchased ten of these for my company and within a few months at least three of them had to be sent back because the pin which holds the top hinge in-place kept falling out. Several other users have complained that the hinge has almost fallen out. At least Seidio gives a 6 month warranty.
Go with the Mobi one instead. Its half the price and it doesnt have any moving parts (to secure the Blackberry into the clip, anyway) so theres less to break. It feels flimsier (if I were to drop it on a cold winter day I worry that it might break into pieces), but at $15, its half the price of the Seidio. If it breaks, just buy a new one.
Belt clip strips

Wont stay in position on your belt
Although the BB stays secure, the belt clip which is supposed to click and lock into postion so you can wear is horizontally or vertically has stripped and now freewheels. Ill probably fix by picking an orientation and supergluing it into place. If I had it to do over again, Id buy the BB brand case.
