The case is very sturdy and has worked extremely well in protecting my Blackberry. The soft plastic may be my favorite part because it feels nice and doesnt take away from the phone being covered. I am not sure how to take it off though, I assume it wouldnt be too hard, I havent needed to. I would buy it again if I got another phone or ever needed a new cover at any time.
