Pros:  Like the "chip" option embedded to allow my phone to vibrate. The clip is light-weight and does not tear up my leather belts when I wear it at work.
Cons:  The plastic swivel clip can easily break as did with my prior holster.

Very pleased with this holster. I dont like the flimsy leather holsters and I really like the "silent" feature where it vibrates when in the holster.

Pros:  durable

I used to go through holsters like candy. I would break the verizon holster every 2 weeks. i spent the extra money and bought this one december 2010. I just realized the other day, that is has almost been 9 months, and the holster is still holding up good. I would recommend this without reservation.
