Love the cradle. I would have switched to a new phone if not for the cradle. Hope they come out with a new one for the new Blackberry Torch for Verizon.

Pros:  good voice quality
Cons:  mounting hardware

I really like this cradle. Have owned the older one for the Storm 1 and liked that also.
It is easy to slip the phone into and out of. The phone works as a large clock when plugged into charger and then tells you immediately when someone is calling.
I had to do some fancy footwork to find a good place for it, and ended up getting a generic "bean bag" from the local electronics store that they sell for GPS units. A tad expensive, but worth it for me. I glued the bottom of the mounting piece with super glue to the beanbag mount and voila, works like a charm.
Even though this whole epic cost more than I think it should have, it works well and I dont ever have to break the law with a phone in my hands

Pros:  well built, holds phone secure.
Cons:  mouting arm very short limited placement options

This is a great car charging phone holding options all those travlers out there. however the mouting arm is very short which limites the placement.

Pros:  Fits the Pro-Fit mounts
Cons:  No antenna from CB, super micro usb port

Owned a comfort cradle before for the the Tour, and trying this one out for my Storm2. So far is seems pretty good. Only issues I have with cradle and CB-

-Original ad on CB stated antenna was included - which was most likely an honest error as it appeared to be cut/pasted from Smoothtalker) -- updated tonight after my email to state very clearly that there is no antenna included.

-Cradle uses the super small USB port vs the same size port used by the phone. Direct wire and 6 other verisons of this cradle is available on the smooth talker website - all for the same price - however the charge an arm and leg for shipping where CB does not.

All can be worked around, but the actual use and install wasnt bad at all for my application. If using this, I would recommend getting a vehicle specific mount from Pro-Fit International and mounting this kit to their mount.
